After spending a decade in California immersed in yoga, healing, and spiritual practices, Sara Ann has returned to Wisconsin to share the gifts that transformed her own life. Her classes offer a welcoming space to move, breathe, soften, strengthen, and reconnect—body, mind, and spirit.
