Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a style of yoga that mindfully links movement to breath in a sequence of poses (asana) that start from arriving on your mat- to breath work/setting your intention, to warm-up, to standing poses, then down to the ground again for the cool down. Classes move at a moderate tempo with a “flow-like” feel as you transition from pose to pose while building strength, balance, mobility, and self-awareness along the way.
This class includes a mix of physical challenge, while also providing opportunities to slow down and reconnect with your breath. Each session weaves together deeper connection to yourself, pose alignment, and relaxation to create a well-rounded yoga practice.
Barre Sculpt (45 minutes)
Barre Sculpt is a 45-minute ballet-inspired fitness class that combines light weights, core work, balance, posture, and low-impact cardio into one energizing full-body workout. No dance background is needed—this class is approachable and designed for all experience levels.
Using the ballet barre alongside mat-based exercises similar to Pilates, you’ll move through a blend of sculpting sequences for the arms, legs, glutes, and core. Expect a combination of high repetitions, small controlled movements, planks, and isometric exercises that help tone muscles, improve stability, and build endurance.
This class pairs upbeat music with motivating instruction to create a workout that is both challenging and fun! Modifications and form guidance are always offered so you can feel supported in your movement practice.
Class is primarily done barefoot, but you are welcome to wear sticky socks.

Yin Yoga (Deep Stretch)
Yin Yoga is a slow, grounding style of yoga designed to improve flexibility, mobility, and deep relaxation.
In this class, poses are held for 2–5 minutes, mostly in seated or reclined shapes, allowing gentle stress on the connective tissues and fascia of the body. These longer holds encourage release, support joint health, and create space for both physical and mental stillness.
Unlike faster-paced flow classes, Yin Yoga offers a quieter, more meditative experience that calms the nervous system and cultivates space to be more mindful. This non-flow yoga class is approachable for all ages, experience levels, and body types.
Viniyoga
Viniyoga style focuses on the direction of movement of the spine, the relationship between breath and movement, and the function and adaptability of yoga poses. Students will have the opportunity to explore yoga asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), energetic awareness, bandhas (energy locks), chanting, meditation, ritual, and the study of the Yoga Sutras and other ancient yogic texts. This class incorporates both repetition and stay patterns within postures, along with short flowing sequences.
Each class begins with a specific intention designed to support the movement of energy throughout the practice and provide students with an opportunity to "drop in" and explore the many dimensions of their being. The intention also encourages reflection on how the teachings of yoga can be integrated into everyday life, bridging this ancient practice with the realities of modern living.
Viniyoga honors the authentic transmission of teachings as received from T. K. V. Desikachar and T. Krishnamacharya. Classes may include chanting seed or expanded mantras, exploring the chakras (cakras), reflecting on passages from the Yoga Sutras, or incorporating hand mudras to support the flow of energy alongside the asana practice.
Adult Dance- Intermediate (Ages 18+)
Once a dancer, always a dancer! This Adult Intermediate Dance Class is designed for adults ages 18+ who have previous dance experience and want to reconnect with their love of movement in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
Whether you danced growing up, took years away, or simply miss the creativity and energy of dance class, this is an opportunity to nurture your inner dancer while continuing to build technique, coordination, strength, and performance quality as an adult.
This 60-minute dance class includes a full-body warm-up, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography combinations that evolve week to week. Dancers will explore a variety of styles including jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, and chair dance, with routines changing every 3–4 weeks to keep classes fresh and creatively inspiring.
This class is ideal for former dancers looking for a welcoming adult dance community in the Green Bay area that blends artistry, challenge, and fun.
Adult Dance- Beginner (Ages 18+)
If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to dance as an adult — you absolutely can. It’s never too late to begin, and no dance experience is needed to join.
This Adult Beginner Dance Class for ages 18+ is led by instructor Amanda List and is designed to help adults build confidence, coordination, musicality, and movement skills in a supportive and fun environment.
Inspired by a traditional dance class structure and technique (not Zumba or follow-along cardio dance), each class begins with a 20-minute full-body warm-up followed by repetitive movement and footwork progressions to help improve rhythm, balance, and coordination.
The final 30–35 minutes of class focus on learning dance choreography to music, with students building and practicing a routine over the course of 5 weeks. Dance styles may include hip-hop, lyrical, jazz, and chair dance. Music and choreography styles will vary throughout the session.
This class is perfect for adults in the Green Bay area looking to reconnect with dance, try something new, improve movement confidence, or simply have fun in a welcoming community atmosphere.

Barre Sculpt + Yoga 50/50
The first half of class features a shortened version of the Barre Sculpt class, including a warm-up, planks and core work, and exercises to tone and strengthen the legs and arms using light weights and the ballet barre for support. The second half transitions into a slower, alignment-based Vinyasa Yoga flow with feel-good stretches and longer holds to help release tension and improve flexibility and mobility.
This fan-favorite class offers the perfect blend of upbeat challenge and mindful relaxation, making it approachable and enjoyable for all levels.
Prenatal Yoga
Relax & Restore Yoga
Relax & Restore Yoga is a gentle, no-flow yoga class designed to help you slow down, soften, and recharge. This restorative-style practice focuses on minimal physical effort, using supportive postures, breath awareness, and moments of stillness to encourage deep relaxation for both the body and mind.
Rather than moving through a traditional flowing sequence, this gentle yoga class helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space to simply rest and reset.
Ideal for anyone needing a quieter pace, stress relief, or intentional self-care, this class welcomes all levels of yoga experience, from beginner through advanced.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow Vinyasa Flow Yoga offers an opportunity to practice yoga at a slower pace and take a few extra breaths between each pose. It's a great class for both beginner students and anyone wanting to move in a more mindful way. If you need or want to keep things slow, this is a wonderful class option.
While the pace is gentler, you'll still experience the flowing nature of Vinyasa Yoga as movement connects to breath- but with the longer pauses in each pose. This class creates space to build confidence, reduce stress, improve mobility, and enjoy the benefits of yoga without feeling rushed.
