Foundations of Yoga Pop-Up Class with Robin Nelson
NOTE: We are testing a new class offering for free in exchange for you feedback! Class will be 45/50 minutes in length, with 10/15 minute feedback session following for all participants. By signing up, you are agreeing to offer your thoughts in exchange for the class. Thank you!
This class is designed to give you the tools to build a happy, healthy yoga practice. The class sequence is a set series of poses and breath work. In every class session we will learn a different set of modifications and amplifications to encourage every body and mind to their best, most authentic self, and to FIND WHAT FEELS GOOD. Join us to establish the habits to create a foundational routine you can do at home and also fall back on during public classes to engage in what is personal to you, and good for your body, mind, and spirit.
The foundation sequence is available in print out form to encourage at home practice.
