Yoga & Myofascial Release

Join Megan Goerlinger, who is both a certified yoga instructor and athletic trainer, for this unique class combining a gentle yoga flow with myofascial release techniques (MFR) using small balls. MFR can be an accessible and effective way to help with range of motion, injuries, scar tissue, neuromuscular tension, tissue recovery, and muscle function. It is also a way to reconnect to areas of the body where we feel disconnected from physically or emotionally. It can also regulate pain and optimize connective tissue health to minimize injuries. This class is suitable for all levels and targets common trigger points.
