*Pop-Up* Strength Class 45
Strength is a 45-minute strength training class focused on resistance training through a mix of dumbbells (5–25 lbs), bodyweight exercises, and functional movement patterns designed to build stronger muscles and bones, help with injury prevention, improve metabolic health, and increase overall longevity. Each class targets specific muscle groups, but all classes have dedicated core exercises incorporated.
This beginner-friendly strength and fitness class is designed for all levels and takes a maximum of 12 participants for quality control. Modifications are offered so everyone feels confident and safe with the moves.
