Mallory Fritsch

Hi there, I’m Mallory!

I grew up right here in Green Bay and graduated from St. Norbert College with a degree in education. By day, I teach 1st grade and absolutely love it.

I’ve been dancing my whole life—from competitive dance and dance team to theatre and show choir—so movement and music have always been my passion. Barre is my happy place because it allows me to bring that dancer knowledge to the mat while building real, functional strength.

When I’m not teaching or at the studio, you can find me reading, trying out new restaurants and local spots, crafting, baking, or binging reality/competition shows (my guilty pleasure).

I can’t wait to move, sweat, and get stronger together in class!
