Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga offers a supportive and nurturing space for expecting mothers to connect with their changing bodies, growing babies, and overall well-being throughout pregnancy. This gentle yoga class is specifically designed for pregnancy, using safe movement, stretching, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to support both physical and emotional health during each trimester.
Regular Prenatal Yoga practice can help improve flexibility, posture, circulation, and pelvic floor awareness while easing common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, sciatica, swelling, tight hips, fatigue, and stress. Classes also focus on mindful breathing and body awareness to help prepare for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.
Beyond movement, Prenatal Yoga creates a welcoming community for both prenatal and postnatal mothers to connect, share experiences, and feel supported throughout the motherhood journey. Postnatal participants are welcome to attend after receiving medical clearance for movement, with or without their baby.
This class is appropriate for all experience levels, including beginners new to yoga or fitness during pregnancy.
