Barre Sculpt + Yoga 50/50
This low-impact fusion class combines the popular Pilates and ballet-inspired workout of Barre with the mindful movement and breath connection of Vinyasa Yoga for a balanced, full-body 60-minute experience.
The first half of class features a shortened version of the Barre Sculpt class, including a warm-up, planks and core work, and exercises to tone and strengthen the legs and arms using light weights and the ballet barre for support. The second half transitions into a slower, alignment-based Vinyasa Yoga flow with feel-good stretches and longer holds to help release tension and improve flexibility and mobility.
